L&#8217;objectiu era <strong>dividir l&#8217;edifici en dues habitatges independents<\/strong> per a dos membres d&#8217;una mateixa fam\u00edlia, preservant les condicions d&#8217;habitabilitat malgrat la fa\u00e7ana redu\u00efda de la parcel\u00b7la. <\/p>\n\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3 es concentra a la planta baixa, que es reconverteix en una habitatge amb acc\u00e9s independent. La nova habitatge incorpora tres habitacions, un vestidor, dos banys i una \u00e0rea d&#8217;estar-menjador-cuina directament vinculada al pati. La inclusi\u00f3 d\u00b4una <strong>galeria que serveix dues habitacions<\/strong> permet encabir aquest programa ampli en una finca amb nom\u00e9s quatre metres d\u00b4ample de fachada.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Es conserva la volumetria existent per respectar els par\u00e0metres del POUM, mentre que el pati esdev\u00e9 l&#8217;aut\u00e8ntic centre del projecte: l&#8217;espai de dia s&#8217;obre pr\u00e0cticament a tot el seu per\u00edmetre, establint una relaci\u00f3 directa entre interior i exterior.<\/p>\n\n<p>A nivell material, s&#8217;han recuperat <strong>bigues de fusta i murs de pedra<\/strong> , posant en valor les preexist\u00e8ncies.
