The house, located in the Gr\u00e0cia district of Barcelona, was in a good state of construction but with an inefficient organization. The aim of the project was to improve its functionality with a minimal intervention, able to maximize the spaces and reorganize the program<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n The new distribution will completely remodel the house: the living room-dining room-kitchen is moved to the main fa\u00e7ade, with more light and relationship with the exterior, while the bedrooms are located on the interior fa\u00e7ade, quieter. In addition, a specific space for teleworking<\/strong> is generated, responding to the current needs of use. <\/p>\n\n The renovation incorporates the energetic improvement of the entire envelope<\/strong>, with the installation and replacement of fuses, promoting increased ventilation to ensure a healthy environment.
